Faith in Public Life Action stands with the overwhelming majority of faithful Floridians who support access to comprehensive reproductive health care, including abortion care access. We firmly oppose those working to pass HB 7 / SB 300, a near-total abortion ban in Florida, that would take away people’s ability to decide if, when and under what circumstances they become parents in the state of Florida.

Legislation like HB 7 / SB 300 disrupts our ability to turn to our faith, consult our family and medical providers and discern with care and with God what we should do for the unique circumstance we face. This robs us of both the dignity and love we deserve in our lives.
