From paid family leave to unprecedented investment in climate action to much-needed reform of our immigration system, the Build Back Better Act before Congress is a transformative piece of legislation that would bring about a holy recovery where everyone can thrive. But when we listen to all the wonky policy talk and legislative jargon, it can be easy to forget that behind all the dollars and cents are our neighbors and families.
